My passion for food began in school, where I had the opportunity to nurture this interest through home economics.

My enthusiasm for a career in culinary led me to enrol at WelTec, where my curiosity and passion for food deepened. I was driven by the challenge of showcasing food in ways that are both appetising and visually captivating.

When you love what you do, each day is a new and exciting experience and an opportunity to create something extraordinary. That enthusiasm is evident in how guests are approached and taken care of. As a chef at Jardin Grill, I am proud to be part of a team dedicated to transforming the freshest local, seasonal ingredients into memorable dishes.

Wellington is blessed with an abundance of seasonal produce, and our close relationships with suppliers ensure that every dish reflects the region’s vibrant bounty.
